I have a problem with my laptop. Bought many years ago, the Lenovo G500s. Back then Windows 8. Meanwhile I have Windows 10 and 2 days ago I had to update after several weeks without using it because the version of my Windows is nearing the end of service.
Now the error message. I can start, it boots and we come so far that I can select a user. Then? No matter which user, the error message comes from the title. Can somebody help me?
That sounds like a broken Windows. I would try to start an automatic repair or reset it.
Try shutting down your computer using the shutdown button while holding down the shift key.
Try booting Windows in secure mode and then logging in again. If you have backed up your data, you can also reset it during Windows repair or uninstall the update.
How do I get into secure mode?
You can also uninstall the update if that doesn't work.
