Camera on the laptop no longer works?

The built-in camera on my new Lenovo IdeaPad C340 unfortunately no longer works even though the drivers are up-to-date and it also tells me that the system works perfectly. I also get an image that is also sensitive to brightness, but it is just red (as attached). I hope someone can help me how to do it right again.
