I bought a Lenovo notebook from Mediamarkt. I have everything set up but I don't like the notebook at all. I'm not only dissatisfied with the look, but also with the performance. It cost 650 euro and is not worth it at all. I have hardly used it until now, but I know that I will definitely not be satisfied with it.
Since you can't return the goods used there, I wanted to reset the notebook to the factory settings. But I don't know about it. Windows is already preinstalled, will Windows be completely lost? Can I get it reset exactly as it was at the beginning, where you had to set everything up?
Start> Settings> Update and security> Recovery
The device is then the same as for a new purchase.
