What can I do about my screen flickering?

The screen of my laptop has just started, every now and then, when I write / type something, in some places, ie. Sometimes left, sometimes right, sometimes up, sometimes down, flickering black. Completely black rectangles always appear very briefly, whereby the size and dimensions of the rectangles are always completely different. By the way, I wrote in Word.

Then I restarted the laptop, but that didn't help. Then I started to write the question here, and it suddenly stopped. Then I'm in word again, wrote something for the test again - everything's good again.

But what if the flickering starts again / the black rectangles reappear?

(I would like to mention that I have never seen anything like this on my laptop before. However, it was only under repair about two weeks ago because the number keys were defective - but then it came back flawlessly. It is a Lenovo.)

Sounds like a problem with the graphics, either via the CPU, as a chip or as a dedicated graphics card, depending on what you have installed.

Guess because when typing someone has messed up and there's something on the display cable look what happens when you move the screen back and forth!
