I always have red flickering spots on my display. Sometimes they are circular and sometimes linear, sometimes just part of the display. I always have to tilt the display to another supposedly correct position to make it disappear. With small vibrations, the flickering comes back. Sometimes it helps to lightly tap on the display case, so I exclude a software error.
What can this be? Is that repairable? I need the notebook every day professionally, but I can't do any new lasts at the moment.
There may be damage to the internal video cable running through the "folding mechanism". Each time the notebook opens and closes, the cable also bends. After a few years, the cable may break depending on how well it has been laid and how good the laptop's quality is.
In this case, you have bad cards, the repair is quite complex and usually not worth it, unless you can buy the replacement cable cheap and install yourself.
Guess the same.
