I have a Lenovo Ideapad 320 laptop and I can't get the camera activated. I have never used it before but because of the current situation it would be very helpful. The device manager says that it works perfectly, but the screen is always black. I tried all the key combinations and also checked the privacy settings but nothing works. I also contacted support who told me that I need to disable privacy protection in the Lenovo Vantage app but unfortunately I can't find this setting. Is anyone familiar with it?

Thanks for the link the problem is, the Vantage app now looks very different and I just can't get to the camera settings. I have a camera and when I go on I can only adjust the brightness but that it is not switched on you can only see it in black… I have a button for the camera to lock. But if I go on it again, the lock sign comes back…
