Since today my laptop has a red cast in the display, although it is new (I got it 10 days ago). I'm very sure that this is a software bug, since the red tinge only appears some time after you switch on the laptop and it also disappears for a few milliseconds, for example when you press the on / off button on the Bluetooth or a page in Microsoft Edge is loading. I know this is unlikely, but could it be because of the Lenovo ThinkPad pen pro that came today or the Lenovo Pen Settings app?

Check whether "night mode" is activated for you and deactivate it.
You can change the "Windows 10 S mode" once to normal mode. Then you are not limited to the Windows Store when installing programs: https://support.microsoft.com/...s-mode-faq
