Why is my PC background changed automatically?

I have a Windows laptop (Lenovo IdeaPad S340) and have set up a background image. I downloaded this from the internet earlier.

Now it is the case that the background image has disappeared after I switch on the laptop - and is replaced by a plain background (solid color).

How can I prevent this? How can I set it so that my background image is not changed automatically?
