I currently have a bad laptop (Lenovo T430s). I would like to have an external graphics card for bridging up to the PC. Can you recommend a maximum of 75 euro to 50 euro? It should run reasonably current titles like Star Wars Battlefront, Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, possibly also assassin's Creed on medium settings. Is that realistic? If not how much buget should I plan?

You don't get a graphics card for 50 euro. Neither internally nor externally, especially since your PC probably doesn't support any eGPU at all.

It is difficult to find an eGPU for less than 300 euro, if only because the cases cost upwards of 200 euro.
Better save the money and buy something better in the end.
Are there any inexpensive alternatives? Normally you shouldn't buy used hardware. But you might be the case. Get used + plus then at the media market or so to sell ne cheap Graka?
