Wi-Fi doesn't work on the laptop? - 1

The Wi-Fi is on and the airplane mode is off. The same network works on the mobile phone and on another computer.

Doesn't it show you any networks?

Then the WLAN card is either defective or deactivated.

So the laptop is very new and where and how can I activate it

You have to look in the settings. There should be something to be found there.

But I don't know anything more about windows.
