Laptop doesn't write certain numbers, why?

My laptop windows, only writes the numbers 5 and 6 sometimes. It only works again after a while without changing anything. It has now happened for the third time. I've tried all of the solutions, but nothing works or fits my problem. Solutions?

That can have various causes.
Starting with the problem of the button that does not register the touch, to software errors that sometimes no longer accept the touch.

The explanation was already there. Software errors are unpredictable. As a layperson, you do not know the cause and the extent. Everything works in one moment, things collapse in the next moment.
