Police block website?

Some time ago my laptop went to the police because of a misunderstanding.

Last week I received this again with information in which it was confirmed that the laptop was "clean". However, an anime streaming site has been blocked.

Was that right if it had nothing to do with the case and I was also wronged? Can you remove such a lock?

That all sounds very strange to me: "The police" examine notebooks and block them on these websites…
