Transfer Minecraft to PC / laptop?

I bought Minecraft on my phone. I would like to know whether you can transfer it to a PC or laptop (with Acc and purchased maps, etc.) without having to buy it again. As far as I know it doesn't work… The Pocket Edition and the PC versions are basically 2 different games, so you would have to buy them new

So first of all, Java, this is a PC Edition (the best hehe) Then Bedrock (also Win10 Edition) is also for the Pc, which is most similar to the PE (Pocket Edition).

BUT: Buy the Java Edition for about 30 euro, there's no map costing anything (so most of them are free), you can use texture packs, mods, plug-ins, functions, commands and much more.

Generally the PC editions are much better than the PE.
