Good laptop for Sims under 500 euro?

I'm looking for a laptop for my little sister on which she can play the Sims (I think mainly Sims 3, but with all the expansion packs, which you can no longer do at the moment) in addition to the usual things without any problems. It doesn't have to be other games. Unfortunately I don't know anything about it.

Can someone help us? The budget is a maximum of 500 euro and it is worth taking advantage of offers right now.
