Why is my laptop hanging around somehow lately?

I have a standard Omen 15 laptop (Intel I5, GeForce 1050 Ti). Lately I've always had a still screen whenever I open a certain game (Nba2k), which I can't get away with any key combination. I just looked at one picture and again I had this still screen. Also, sometimes my screen just goes black for a few seconds and then goes back to normal as if nothing had happened. I would be happy if someone knows what this could have something to do with.

Run a virus diagnosis and see if you have a virus, if not reinstall the program or do other programs hang?

It was just on Whatsapp Web.

Then go to Settings then Update and Security then Windows Security and then Windows Security then open another program and then Virus and Threat Protection and then Quick Check and then tell me what came out
