My WD Mycloud is driving me crazy. If I want to access the disk the message comes up… Could not be accessed.

From the laptop (WIN 10 Home 1803) I can easily access, from my PC (WIN 10 Edu 1809) I can't access it (from the predecessor of the PC's on Edu 1809 already ran). (Network setting is private, file sharing is turned on, the MyCloud can be reached from my PC via the media server and also the configuration interface, but not via the windows explorer.

Disconnect your router for two minutes from the mains. Furthermore, it can be helpful to work with fixed IP addresses.

Well, it could solve it very quickly. Deleting a network drive → Reconnect the network drive with other login data (admin account of the NAS) and when I connected it, I was able to access everything else again. Nevertheless, thank you for your effort!
