MacBook Pro bluetooth headphones bad quality?

I have Sony noise canceling headphones and when I connect them to my 2017 MacBook Pro (via bluetooth) the sound is awful!

It's totally dull and sounds like I'm in a boat 800 meters underwater…

I searched the Internet, restarted the laptop, nothing happened…

funny was that it was the Spotify play the first few seconds ago, so the quality was normal, as I know her, but then directly to this "dull" converted…
