What is an old, well-known trick is to put the laptop in rice for a day, it draws all the liquid.
But since the speakers may have broken here, you can wait to see if they'll work in a few hours or use them, if they no longer work then just use an external speaker (e.g. 25 Euro JBL box) and you'll have sound again.

Of course only the board, not the whole laptop. The display disassembles at temperature. Then you have to disassemble and dry the individual components.
