Sims 4 on another laptop?

2 years ago I bought Sims 4 as a DVD (pet pack included on my laptop) and now I have it on my old Windows laptop. Now I have a MacBook Air (2020) and would like to play it on it and not have to buy it again.

How do I do this if my MacBook doesn't have a DVD player?

And will I have the pet pack even though I didn't have it on DVD but bought it on my laptop?

You can buy an external CD drive. If you bought packs on Origin, you can download them to any PC from there.
