USB c hub for mac Book pro 2018?

I'm looking for a usb c hub for my mac book pro 2018 BUT my macbook has a shell that means a hub with a dual usb c port probably will not fit my laptop with the case as there's between laptop and adapter / hub the case and the adapter can't be properly plugged into the usb c ports.

someone still has an adapter that he can recommend that you can plug in both usb c ports although you have a shell on the mac Book?

if not what adapter / hub do you recommend otherwise?
