I'm going to get the MacBook 2019 this year in July. My question would be if I can sell my 2019er when the 2020 MacBook is on sale or swap it with an extra charge! Unfortunately, I have to get a laptop this year and can't wait until next year (school). Many features that will come next year are important to me and crucially important. Therefore my question: Can I return my MacBook next year or something like that or would I have to get a new MacBook for 2500 euro?
Yes, Apple takes old devices in payment.
But you will get more, if you then sell the old Macbook on Ebay / etc & then with the money + additional buy the new Macbook.
If you buy a cheap Windows notebook for the time and sell it later, you will not lose so much money.
Of course you can't give it back, how do you imagine that? And what do you expect from the 2020, what the 2019 can't? The progress has not been so huge for a long time. For school needs, the current model will reach the end of school.
What exactly does Apple take in payment or how can I best imagine that?
You give them your old Mac and then the new Mac you buy from them gets cheaper.
But as I said, rather sell on Ebay or so, probably get much more.
