Apply online: can I use this app to scan my documents and then transfer them to my laptop and send them as a PDF file?

Don't want to buy a scanner unnecessarily now if that would work.

wants to scan all documents (certificates, certificates, internship slip, cover letter and curriculum vitae), transfer it to the laptop and save it from there to Word and then as a PDF file and send it off. Is that possible?

Basically you can do something with an app. But keep in mind: Scanned documents are then graphics files, so that you can edit these documents later, you must first run an OCR module to convert graphics back into text. Formatting characters are then lost. The best thing will be to type in the text directly on the laptop and then output it directly as a PDF in Word.

You can photograph certificates etc. And convert them to pdf. However, you need a good cell phone camera and you should have everything nice and straight and wrinkle-free and then cut it to size. It would actually be better to have a scanner (circle of friends?) Or go to a self-service photo shop (dm, Rossmann), they may also have a scanner in the photo corner (to scan old paper photos).

About the app: many negative reviews, many write about subscription traps. It would be better here:
