USB stick not showing on laptop?

My usb stick is not pointing to my laptop. All my school data are inside. The stick is new and it still lights up. I checked it on the laptop, it shows that it is flawless, but it can't be opened on the computer. I have tried other sticks but they can be opened. Can someone help me here how can I open or save my data? It is really an emergency

No it is not displayed. On the computer, the name of the stick does not even appear on the drive
