My new Fritzbox 7590 does not do Wi-Fi (the Wi-Fi is not displayed on my mobile phone or laptop) So I can't connect to the FritzBox to continue with the setup. The FritzBox is linked to the DSL and should be connected to a Vodafone router (TG3422DE / Vodafone station).
In addition, I can't access the Fritz.Box page in the browser on my mobile phone and laptop. I tried (http://fritz.box/)/(http://192.168.178.1/)/(http://169.254.1.1/)
This is bad. If you don't even get to the configuration page, you can't set anything up.
Is the box correctly connected to your computer via LAN cable?
All other networks on the computer must be switched off, including WLAN, otherwise it will not work.
If you have a landline device at hand, you can set the Fritzbox to factory settings using a key code. That could fix the problem.
Simply connect the landline to the Fritzbox (can also be done via DECT if the function is still working) and then call the following number and hang up after 3 seconds:
