I had previously installed Windows on a new laptop using a USB stick (Medion Akoya E15407). However, the laptop is very, very slow.
No drivers can be downloaded from the media page.
You can get the drivers from the chip manufacturers e.g. Download from Intel.
Windows is sluggish for a while after the first installation is usually normal, as Windows also installs updates after the installation, which also put a load on the computer.
