Does Microsoft Word come for free on newly purchased laptops?

Moin, I have to buy a new laptop or notebook. Could someone tell me if Microsoft Word and Powerpoint are already installed there for free? So that I don't have to pay anything to buy Word.

But you can search for Office 2019 on Ebay, there are very cheap used keys. (but with invoice)
