There always comes a warning messages from Kaspersky?

Bought a laptop a few months ago my mother. Since she is very bad with PCs I bought her Kaspersky if she clicks somewhere.

It also uses only 2 pages and occasionally YouTube.

Since yesterday, the WHOLE TIME comes a warning that a harmful site has been blocked and pingclock.net even looked up and this site does not even exist. I turn off warning messages, she comes back immediately with a loud noise. You can't watch movies because the sound comes every 5 seconds!

What is it? These pages have been using them for months and they're always the same. I even released these pages in Kaspersky so they will not be investigated. Nevertheless it comes.

Use Google Chrome. Have already deleted all possible caches and and and.

It would be very helpful if you could reproduce the warning in ORIGINAL.

But even so it is clear that your actions are meaningless. The point is that a harmless page, which is called by your mother, wants to use / display / execute content or scripts of an OTHER page. And this trial is BLOCKED because this other side of your Kaspersky is known as dangerous / suspicious for one reason or another.

This can be an advertising partner of the site or something. Is an ad blocker installed and configured?

Sa

Let Kaspersky do a general scan.

Was definitely a pop-up page,

Otherwise, possibly install an add blocker, if that is pure advertising.

Bitdefender also blocks this page.

Bo

No idea. Would like to know what I should do and not what I did wrong.

Ar

Again: The message says that the page was BLOCKED. So you did not do anything wrong and you can't do anything else. That's the website owner's responsibility. At best, you could configure Kaspersky to stop reporting, blocking or controlling it to a lesser degree.

And how can one not know whether one uses an ad blocker in the browser?

Bo

My advertisement is blocked by Kaspersky. There's nothing in the browser
