I'm wondering how I can find out the size of my display from the laptop to buy a replacement screen to install it, someone knows a simple solution, e.g. Trick because
it is there in z-b What HWIinfo is about
Vertical Size 21 CM and Honzontral 38 CM
Vertical = height
Horizontal = width
Convert cm to inches - 1 inch = 2.54 cm
A tip, enter the name of the laptop on ebay and you will normally be offered displays.
The mere display size doesn't get you anywhere. There are new displays on eBay that you can then exchange yourself for a broken one (if you dare). For this you have to search exactly for the name of your device, since the display + control electronics must be able to use the device. The exchange is not rocket science, it only requires a little tact and caution (so no work for gross motorists with sledgehammer.).
