What is the size of this notebook bag, what does one-size mean?

Even dubious to enter no size / dimensions at all, WHAT DOES ONE-SIZE MEAN? How should I know how many inches will fit in? Wouldn't it be helpful to at least mention the cm size?

Has somebody already had experience with this bag, does a 14-15 inch notebook fit in?

The outer dimensions are given as 40 x 9 x 30 cm, but you really can't find out more there. I wouldn't take the risk because you don't know how thick it will be in the end.
