Mobile hotspot connection breaks and only youtube?

If I connect the laptop to the mobile internet from the smartphone and want to access the internet, only the youtube page works and everything else stops. What can be the cause?

When it comes to video streams in particular, it can be because YouTube caches a lot and uses little data compared to other services.

So if your connection breaks down more often, YouTube copes well with it, other streams may not.
