I wanted to connect my laptop to my alexa via bluetooth but the bluetooth symbol was no longer displayed in the quick settings.
I have already looked in the device manager but there's no bluetooth displayed. Does anyone know if you can turn this on somehow again?
Search for "Bluetooth" in the Windows search bar at the bottom left or use a Bluetooth stick

When the troubleshooter comes, do it. Or your Bluetooth is broken. Did the laptop fall down?
So there was that the device has no bluetooth. I haven't actually dropped it yet, but it also has some problems with the graphics card and such.
Check the internet for suitable device drivers (or Bluetooth drivers) for your laptop.
