MSI laptop suddenly no Bluetooth anymore who has an idea why this could be?

The Bluetooth has suddenly disappeared, tried everything possible, restart Bluetooth, deactivate Bluetooth driver, update Wi-Fi driver, Windows 10 update,

In the meantime it no longer recognizes Bluetooth but the Wi-Fi is still working (Intel 9560)
