I went to my Microsoft store today because my father bought a new game. Since his PC and my laptop are not registered on the same email address, I don't have the game. Is it possible that I log in to his email address at Microsoft store? Or are there other alternatives for something like that?
Yes, there's, but you can't be signed in with both at the same time. For this you would have to create a new user and then always switch back and forth between the two.

You go to settings, then accounts, then family and other users and then add another user to this PC. This user then looks like a completely new PC and you can log in with your father's login data, or he logs in for you because according to the terms and conditions he can't pass on any login information. You can quickly switch users via the start menu, the colorful icon or the standard profile icon, click on it and then on the other user. Because of performance and so you should always log out via this menu and only then log in again on the lock screen.
