Find a good laptop that costs between 300 and 370 euro, has at least 128 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM, and not the worst processor.
With the budget, you will only find good used ones. Thinkpads from Lenovo are always recommended here. They can be obtained cheaply as so-called refurbished (i.e. Mostly leasing returns).
For current technology that will last a few years you can then already calculate twice as much…

The CPU is over 4 years old, an UltraLow-Power variant which means that you will starve to death with the RAM (the last generation and probably only runs in single-channel) on your long arm. And with only 128GB you have to look carefully what you need for programs and what you can do without.
That is very tight for today's standards. Fixed storage of this size is actually used as system disk + programs and the rest is on another physical data carrier (unless the only SSD is already dimensioned accordingly).

It is a 14-inch device from Lenovo with a full HD display. An AMD Ryzen 3 3250U, 8 GB RAM and a 256 GB SSD are installed. Windows 10 is also preinstalled. Windows 10 S, but you can also switch to Windows 10.

Apart from the fact that I have never heard of the brand (that sounds like more than China cheap), absolute low-level CPUs are installed everywhere that are suitable for everything but not for useful work. CPU's of this series are located somewhere at the bottom and are also mainly found in better finished NAS.
If you buy one of these things then you'd rather burn the money, maybe you can make yourself some coffee over the fire. That makes more sense. For the money you only have a good used one or you can keep saving 150 euro…
