I have no idea about PCs or laptops. A buddy somehow meant that one thing has to do with laptop and the other with desktop PC. Can somebody help me?
CPU (central processing unit) is the English term for processor, so it is the same described. Of course, there are differences in the processors for desktop PCs and notebooks, but these are not to be found in the terms you mentioned.
CPU and processor are the same, both in a notebook, as well as a PC, the only difference is that you can't replace the processor in a notebook, which is firmly soldered.
Depends on what you plan on a PC to be played, it should be a modern 6-core processor with 12 threads.
Hannitus, you have one thing in common… Zero clue.
But I will dissolve you. A CPU is the "Central Prosessing Unit"… The computing unit. A Prossessor is one and the same. A CPU. But now I'm not wondering why you call that a Prozesor. Then you got me completely… Laugh.
But one thing I say to you. Much more important is that you have at least 4 GB Ram in things like Word and Win 7 … Many will complain now and say… Minimum is 8 GB. If you buy a new one, it should be 8 GB. But Win 7 runs very well with only 4 Gb. One with only 4 GB will hardly get you anyway. Standard is 8 GB. I would not buy anything else. A SSD with 512 GB may also like it. Then the PC boots like a flash.
But it costs about 200 euro.
A worthwhile investment.
