Instagram pictures / videos upload with PC?

I can no longer upload my media to instagram with my laptop, previously it worked very well with an app or with developer tools from the browser. Does anyone have ne iddee?

If you have Windows 10, you can download the Instagram app from the Microsoft Store and then log in. If you want to upload something, you have to right-click on the application in the task bar at the bottom and it should be there.

I have to try it, as far as I know, that is not possible with the windows app, it is probably a new function. Had also looked in the network for it but could not find anything corresponding.
