I want to participate in a web chat ("Chatroulette") with my laptop. However, my microphone will not start ("Could not start audio source."). Another provider says "Microphone not authorized. Please check your media permission settings." However, the microphone is released in Chrome.
Does anyone know why this can be and what can be done there?
Try that in a browser, if it works, then it should be something in Chrome, then just look at the Chrome browser settings again. If it doesn't work, it's probably up to Chatroulette, I don't know if you can do something there.
If it works with the other browsers then just look at the settings and check whether you have the same with Chrome, otherwise you can just use chatroulette with the 2 browser, it doesn't matter.
