I bought an old game (Lego StarWars The CLone Wars) years ago, but now I have a laptop without a DVD connection. Have therefore made with the PC of my parents an ISO Fille. I was able to install and play the game without any problems. Now I closed it and wanted to play it again. Now came an error message that the original DVD was not found… Can somehow remove this check?
Either by connecting an external drive or by a crack.
However, a crack is not legal and before you find a good and working, you have certainly caught some viruses.
By a crack I would not take but (iligale method)
Or
Download Deamon Tools Lite. Since it simulates a virtual drive it should be possible.
If not, there's a paid option. Buy an external drive.
Get a tool that emulates a CD drive like Virtual Clone Drive. You just tell it where the ISO file is, and then it simulates a drive and assigns a letter.
A virtual drive is legal, free and works great with an ISO file
Sometimes an ISO file is not recognized as original. Have the same problem with my laptop as well!
For some games, but not for many.
Yes, but that depends more with the copy protection on the DVD, which is not taken over by the ISO. I had the tool img burn never had problems, vllt I had only luck with the copy protection
