Funding program - private laptop - digitization?

Is there currently a funding program that provides funding for the purchase of a laptop due to the COVID-19 situation?
It's about my girlfriend who currently has to work in the home office (training) receives student loans and does not have the money for a new laptop.

If she needs it for training, she should talk to her employer first.

It's a school education I don't think they provide a laptop. These only assume that everyone has the Internet at home and can work with the Lernsax.

Why should the state subsidize your PRIVATE laptop?

If your company requires you to have a home office, it must also offer you the technical means to do so. On loan, of course.
