How do I get my YouTube account back?

I have had my Youtube account for 12 years now (no youtuber) and have now scraped my old laptop where it was on. Now I can't remember my email address from back then! Help, please don't take it all away. Who knows and can help me?

Can't you get it back? Maybe it works if you search for the account on youtube and then look at information
