How can I move from PC to laptop with Keepass?

Keepass moving?
I want to keep my Keepass on my laptop as well as on my computer. I installed the program in German. How do I get my data from the PC to the laptop into the Keepass program? All transfers with export in TXT format or CVS do not work. What am I doing wrong?

Please explain exactly, I'm n 83 years old and not that firm.

The instructions (https://keepass.info/help/base/importexport.html) state that you should edit this file with LibreOffice or add the "characters manually in an editor.
