Windows 10 reinstallation hangs, what to do?

I decided yesterday to completely reset my laptop. That worked so far, but then it got stuck at the screen "Windows is being installed 65%". Left it for a couple of hours, but nothing happened. Then I turned off the laptop with the power button, then the installation was faulty and I pressed reset again on the login screen. At some point it hung back at exactly 65%. I even left the laptop like this for 10 hours all night, but nothing happened. What can I do?

Reinstall correctly Resetting is just going back to a point in time. Called himself recovery in Win 7. Without attacking your own files. If this point in time is incorrect / incomplete, the system hangs up.

No, I pressed yes that it should be reset to factory settings

EFFICIENT TO USE187

That is the reset / restore, only stop is not reset to "factory settings", but to a data backup point so that you do not have to start fresh, especially since your files are preserved.

That went wrong.

Now only an absolute reinstallation helps. Download the Win10.iso from the https://www.microsoft.com/.../windows10. This is possible via DVD or USB. The reinstallation starts automatically when the DVD is inserted. With Usb you have to reverse the starting order in the BIOS.

But I selected the point at which everything should be deleted, including all files

Maybe so, then just the variant, but neither is an absolute new installation.
