Hi
yesterday my father bought a new printer (Epson XP-2100) because our old one broke and now I have a problem, it doesn't print.
The red light next to this cartridge symbol lights up red and does not go away even though I have inserted completely new cartridges and then I reinserted the cartridges that were delivered with and still the thing lights up red.
No matter what I do, it prints or does not connect to the Wi-Fi. And my laptop only says "Driver not available"
I'm stuck, does anyone know what's going on?
You must first install the printer drivers on your PC.

That should also be in the instructions. With my printer (Samsung), I also had to connect it to my computer via USB for the initial setup.
First read the manual of your printer. Everything you need is in there.

The red LED means:
Cartridge empty
or not plugged in correctly (push in harder?)
or wrong cartridges (not original?)
or?
Take a look at the setup video, everything is clearly shown, maybe you missed a step? Here:

With or without a driver, the red LED should not come because that is not a communication history but a hardware problem recognized by the hardware!
And if you have done everything correctly according to the instructions: pack the thing up again and exchange it; by no means screw around because then the guarantee is void!
