The laptop should cost a maximum of 700 euro, have a good processor and, if possible, 16 GB of RAM. The graphics card in the price category shouldn't be particularly demanding, so leave the choice to you. It should be a reliable device, so it shouldn't show signs of fatigue or the like after 2 years. An SSD with 512 GB or more wouldn't be bad either, 256 is a little too tight in my opinion.
New or used?
New please
This Acer Aspire would be worth a look

If you are patient, the new Ideapad 5-14ALC could also be interesting

that would be a clue.
How's that from Huawei?

It doesn't have 16GB RAM, but it has good ratings.
Are the 16GB really critical or can I get along with 8GB in everyday life?
The Huawei is too expensive. With the Aspire 5 you get a stronger CPU, double RAM and double storage for just 30 euro more
8GB RAM is enough for a bit of office, but I would use 16
