Is the processor or graphics card important for Valorant?

One can't do without the other.
Valorant also runs on relatively poor components.

The laptop has an i5 processor and an Intel UHD graphics graphics card would that fit?
Since I do not want to buy the laptop from the Internet but from a shop so that I can look weight etc.

If I were you, I would upgrade because the components are probably not powerful enough for Valorant.
In low settings and 720p this should run with 40-50 + frames
