My notebook is spinning something and I want to transfer the data to another notebook via PC transmission data cable. Who knows, possibly from experiences which data can be transmitted or transmitted

What is please for you a PC data transmission cable?

do you mean a network cable, which is connected via a router or switch and you Internet and internally provides a network?

above that you can copy all the data from one computer to the other, you just have to share a directory on the new computer to be able to receive that data.

then you can (if the old computer is still usable) the data there simply transferred over the network to the new computer.

However, the operating system and programs can't simply be copied, they must be reinstalled.
Maybe it would be enough to clone the hard drive and transfer from one to the other computer, but this will probably fail because of the different hardware equipment and is not professional.

should your old computer but no longer be operable or not to be integrated into the network, nothing remains to be removed there as the hard drive to use in an external USB enclosure (are also simple adapter cable without housing), or install in the new PC as another plate. Then you can transfer the data directly on the new PC.

Such cables existed earlier than there were no home networks. About 30 years ago.

These were connecting cables which were connected to the two serial ports of the RS232 interface which was still available at that time.

Can't you do it today? Time aside, that no computer still has serial ports. It would take years to transfer the files.

Today you do it differently:

You pick up a second computer in your home network. Make a network share on both computers and copy / move the desired files over it then - over LAN / WLAN.

No

Possibility Number 1:
Transfer data via USB stick or external hard disks

Option 2:
Record both computers in the network, share folders and move the data across the network. Both PCs have to be on.

Option 3:
Remove the hard disk and connect it to the new PC via USB adapter. Then behaves like a normal USB stick.

Option 4:
Clone the hard disk and transfer the image to a new hard disk.

Only affects your data. Windows + programs you have to reinstall.

The home network group is no longer available under Windows 10.

there's really only the creation of a network share. Although I have never used this homegroup myself, it was actually easier to create and use a share, you do not have to worry about the background technology.
