Video Maker is not going to install Windows 10 why?

And I had my birthday yesterday and got a laptop (Windows 10 from Samsung) from my friend for my birthday! Now I need a program where you can make pictures and videos to a "movie"! Now I thought about Windows Video Maker 2012, because I had that on my computer at the time. However, it can't be downloaded. Does anyone know why that does not work? More importantly… What can I download now? I need it if it is possible today. So here with the commissary!

However, one should not expect too much from this software. But it is enough for simple videos.
