Improve old videos with?

I have another question about gigapixels. I would like to buy the program, but my computer is too weak for this. I only have a laptop with the current I3 processor and 8 GB ram, and no graphics card of its own. I found a program that works with video enhancers. Is that a lot worse? Or can someone recommend another program that my computer can do?
