Why does the PS4 not recognize the hotspot?

Actually, I always play online via the iphone hotspot because my mobile internet is pretty fast and my Wi-Fi is pretty bad. I have this morning on my phone, the update to IOS 13 made and since the Ps4 no longer recognizes the hotspot… Laptop, TV, etc. Recognize the hot spot all yet.

What could that be and how can you fix it?
