Games flicker at full screen?

I have the peoblem on my laptop that when I put games into full screen mode it starts to flicker. If I minimize the window again, it won't flicker. Can you help me solve the problem?

On my TowerPC I had an older NVIDEA driver, completely remove it with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and installed the current driver.
